Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a tenure-track professor in the Department of Medical Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of Missouri School of Medicine/MU Health Care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct innovative research in cardiovascular and lymphatic biology, with a focus on molecular and cellular approaches.
  • Develop and maintain a highly productive and collaborative research program with significant extramural funding.
  • Contribute to undergraduate, graduate, and medical student educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance the school's programmatic initiatives in vascular biology, lymphatics biology, and disease.
Qualifications
  • Ph.D., M.D., or M.D./Ph.D. degree in physiology, pharmacology, or related fields.
  • Significant extramural funding and a strong track record of research productivity.
  • Ability to integrate molecular and cellular approaches and apply basic findings to impact human health.
