Job Summary

CRI is seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a QMHP-A, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical direction and support to individuals receiving services through our mental health programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with individuals to develop and implement Individualized Recovery Plans (IRPs)
  • Provide supportive counseling, training, and community integration to individuals with mental health disabilities
  • Assist individuals in achieving maximum independence through delivery of services outlined in their IRPs
  • Conduct clinical assessments and use them in service planning
  • Stay knowledgeable about local community resources and service delivery systems
Requirements
  • Registered and in good standing with the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A or a LMFT, LSATP, or LPC in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of mental illness in adults, treatment modalities, and intervention techniques
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication principles and techniques
Physical Demands

Must be in good physical condition for required lifting and physical intervention for hazardous behavior and assistance with care.
