- Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Participate in the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with restraining procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- High School Degree or equivalent required; Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
- Two years of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and understanding of mental illness
- Valid driver's license in the applicable state
- Successful completion of Management Aggressive Behavior Training (CPI) and certification in CPR
