Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) is dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral health, addiction and developmental disability services throughout Eastern Oregon. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Oregon.

About the Role

As a Mental Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals and families within your community. You will provide evidence-based outpatient mental health services to adults and children, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human service field
  • A valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
