About the Role

This is a dynamic sales role where you will bring Samsara's innovative solutions to mid-sized customers, building our business and driving growth. You will work with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate deals. Typical sales will be $20k to $100k, involving POCs, multiple stakeholders, managing trials, and selling to executives and CXOs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase Samsara's value proposition
  • Negotiate and close deals, managing complex pricing and contract negotiations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, closing sales roles
  • Experience independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue
  • Location in EST or CST time zones
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Experience selling in the midmarket space, with medium to large deal sizes
  • High-volume cold calling experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
