Job Summary
Unity Health Care is seeking a skilled Clinical System Analyst to join our team. As an Ambulatory Clinical Analyst, you will work closely with the Unity Health Care Applications Manager to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned Epic software applications. You will conduct regular communication, reviews, and demonstrate a deeper understanding of clinical operations to tailor the system to fit our organization's needs.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and technical issues associated with the use of Epic clinical system(s).
  • Develop and document internal procedures for use with Epic applications.
  • Design, build, test, install, and maintain solutions.
  • Use critical thinking skills to provide systems solutions to meet business needs and improve patient care delivery.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in health information technology, computer science, health informatics, or clinically related field.
  • Two years' experience working in a healthcare institution as a user of, or application support staff for, EHR and/or other clinically focused systems.
  • Experience in clinical workflow and process improvement using clinical technology is preferred.
