KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the registration process for all new and used vehicles in accordance with state regulations.
  • Handle contracts and associated vehicle sales documentation, ensuring precision and promptness.
  • Confirm that funds have been collected and the appropriate lien holder has been compensated prior to processing title applications for DMV.
  • Ensure accuracy in applications and completeness of all required information.
  • Prepare payoff checks for both new vehicles and trade-ins.
  • Collect vehicle receivables efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain and reconcile schedules diligently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and collaborate closely with the Office Manager/Controller.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in DMS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Compliance-focused.
