Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the registration process for both new and used vehicles.
  • Handle contracts and associated vehicle sales documentation with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all funds are collected and the appropriate lien holders are compensated prior to submitting title applications.
  • Verify the accuracy of applications and completeness of all required information.
  • Prepare payment checks for new acquisitions and trade-ins.
  • Collect outstanding vehicle receivables.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with the Office Manager/Controller on various tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in DMS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
