- Manage the registration process for both new and used vehicles.
- Handle contracts and associated vehicle sales documentation with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure that all funds are collected and the appropriate lien holders are compensated prior to submitting title applications.
- Verify the accuracy of applications and completeness of all required information.
- Prepare payment checks for new acquisitions and trade-ins.
- Collect outstanding vehicle receivables.
- Address customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and reconcile financial schedules.
- Collaborate closely with the Office Manager/Controller on various tasks.
