Job Summary

Unity Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals temporarily housed by the D.C. Department of Corrections (DOC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based practices (EBPs) to meet the mental health needs of individuals.
  • Train Mental Health team in delivery of selected EBPs.
  • Provide ongoing implementation support and technical assistance.
  • Conduct fidelity monitoring and quality improvement activities.
  • Complete comprehensive behavioral health intake assessments and provide therapeutic measures.

Requirements
  • Masters in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related degree.
  • DC license (LICSW, LPC, and/or Psychologist) required.
  • Six or more years' experience providing psychotherapy to at-risk populations.
  • Previous experience providing clinical supervision and/or training to staff, interns, or trainees.
