Job Summary

Horizon Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, assessing, developing, coordinating, and providing treatment and rehabilitation services to individuals with severe mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide licensed clinical supervision to QMHP-Es, Interns, and/or LMHP-Es
  • Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the PACT team, including managing a team of clinicians, program budgeting, and reviewing documentation
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emergency interventions, family, group, and individual therapies, psychosocial education, risk assessments, sex offender treatment, substance abuse interventions, etc.
  • Collaborate with community mental health and public health professionals to provide advocacy and enhance access to community resources
  • Stay up-to-date with psychiatric/medical medications/treatments and provide education to team members
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from a program that prepares individuals to practice counseling (60-hr Master's Program), offered by a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting agency
  • Two years of post-licensure clinical experience and one year of supervisory experience, preferably in a setting working with persons with severe mental illness
  • Prefer Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP), Certified Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist (CPCNS)
