- Develop and implement payroll processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll systems.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on payroll-related matters.
- Manage and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in payroll, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or accounting.
- Experience with Workday and ADP Smart Compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
