About the Role:

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling service and maintenance contracts to end-user customers and expanding services to existing customers. You will also be responsible for managing and growing the business through the selling of new service contracts within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell service and maintenance contracts to end-user customers and expand services to existing customers.
  • Manage and grow the business through the selling of new service contracts within the assigned territory.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Two to five years of experience in sales, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Consistent sales performance and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and competitive spirit.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
