Role Overview:
The Customer Experience Professional embodies our commitment to delivering outstanding service aligned with Arbella's brand values. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage effectively with customers, agents, and vendors through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with billing and policy inquiries with empathy and understanding.
  • Investigate and analyze policy and billing issues, proactively identifying solutions.
  • Collaborate with agents and service teams to address urgent customer concerns with sound judgment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics and departmental objectives, promoting Arbella's core values.
  • Opportunity to enhance skills by working in different contact centers as needed.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $25.00, commensurate with experience. Employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus program, comprehensive benefits, wellness initiatives, and flexible scheduling options.
