Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the home services department, ensuring effective scheduling and technical support for team members.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of technicians to foster growth and maintain high performance standards.
- Supervise technicians in their tasks related to equipment repair, installation, and maintenance.
Additional Duties:
- Evaluate technician performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within the home services sector.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in home services management or related fields (e.g., plumbing, HVAC).
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and generator systems.
- Aptitude for reading and interpreting manuals and schematics.
- Proficient in common office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
