Operations and Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and adaptable individual who is eager to contribute to the development of a burgeoning non-profit organization, Berger Rental Communities. The Operations & Communications Coordinator position offers significant opportunities for advancement and is a chance to be part of a national initiative poised for substantial growth in the coming years. The responsibilities of this role are diverse and encompass grant administration, digital marketing, event coordination, and managing partnerships.

Compensation & Perks

$55,000 - $60,000 annually

Position Type: Full Time

Experience Requirements: 0-3 years in a non-profit environment. A degree in Marketing, Non-profit Management, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.

  • Exhibit strong grammatical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and reputation management tools is essential.
  • Comfortable with learning and effectively utilizing new software and technology platforms.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor, professionalism, and a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Be punctual, meet deadlines, and exhibit a strong work ethic.
  • Stay organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
