We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Phone Receptionist to become a vital part of our operations at O'Daniel Honda.

In this position, you will handle customer inquiries with professionalism and respect.

Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, arranging appointments, providing insights about our offerings, and processing payments.

The perfect candidate will possess outstanding customer service and communication abilities, along with a positive demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly role at our dealership.

We provide a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $17, determined by your experience and work history, with payments made semimonthly.

Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package along with various other perks and discounts through our employee program.


Work Schedule:
Monday: 11am - 8pm, Tuesday - Thursday, Friday: OFF, Saturday: 8am - 6pm, Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answer incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assess customer needs and assist with appointment scheduling and other inquiries.
  • Process customer payments accurately.
  • Provide information regarding available products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings and information.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in resolving issues.
  • Update customer records with any changes in contact details.
  • Ensure accurate message delivery and follow up with customers as necessary.
  • Stay informed about updates to products and services.
  • Scan documents for digital archiving.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to respond swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure.
