Job Title: District Supervisor

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Supervisor to join our team. As a District Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of clinical and front desk services in your designated district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise front desk and clinical staff in your district, ensuring excellent patient care and service.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules, including time off requests and overtime, to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Work closely with the District Manager to maintain a positive work environment and support patients, providers, and staff.
  • Recruit and hire clinical and front desk personnel to staff the facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective patient care.
  • Execute policies and procedures as needed, with District Manager sign-off, to accommodate changing activities within the clinic.
  • Consult on progressive discipline and work with Human Resources on HR issues.
  • Conduct annual evaluations of employee performance, in collaboration with the District Manager.
  • Ensure clinical services are provided in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulation standards (QA).
  • Mentor and train Clinical and Front Desk team members.
  • Review quarterly Patient Satisfaction Surveys and follow up as needed.
  • Preside at staff meetings as needed.
  • Identify operational friction points and propose solutions to the DM/Central Operations team.
  • Assist with opening new office locations, including onboarding and training on FDP best practices and systems.
  • Cover for the District Manager as needed.
  • Serve as an emergency contact for alarm notices.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; or 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting, or 3+ years of administrative healthcare experience; or Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN program; or Current Medical Assistant certification or LPN/RN license.
  • COVID vaccine or acceptable exemption required.
