Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our centers, fostering a culture of collaboration and communication between the facilities team and center staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with center staff to promote best practices in facility maintenance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to complete complex repairs and monitor their performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of maintenance activities at assigned centers to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor work orders, van GPS, surveys, and special projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance and multi-unit oversight.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing, construction, playground, and childcare safety.
- Certifications in areas such as playgrounds, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, and construction.
- Ability to manage, develop, mentor, coach, and lead a team.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and work-related electronic equipment.
- Ability to travel 50% or more, including visiting all centers annually and emergency travel when required.
