Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Nemacolin Woodlands. As a key member of our F&B Culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation in the absence of the Sous Chef. This role requires strong leadership skills, mastery of culinary techniques, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist in the production of all food items
  • Oversee all prep par lists and portion sizes
  • Assist in ordering and inventory management
  • Create menu specials and report to Sous Chef
  • Supervise and assist in the sanitation of the kitchen and all walk-in areas

Requirements

  • 2-year culinary degree plus 2 years work experience or 4 years high-volume restaurant line experience
  • Must be able to speak English
