Site Operations Manager - BBMK Contracting LLC

***This Position Requires Out-of-State Travel***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobilize to the project site upon assignment and conduct Site Establishment, which includes:
    • Reviewing project scope and schedule with the local client
    • Confirming client-approved working hours
    • Verifying the placement of dumpsters and storage containers
    • Ensuring proper parking arrangements for staff and subcontractors
    • Establishing crew entrance and exit protocols
  • Coordinate the efforts of all subcontractors on-site
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure successful project completion
  • Manage daily activities with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes ahead of schedule
  • Enforce dress code compliance among crew members
  • Maintain accurate records of daily crew activities
  • Prepare and submit all necessary project documentation punctually
  • Conduct and document weekly safety meetings
  • Perform regular quality checks and provide corrective guidance to subcontractors
  • Act as the site leader, present full-time on the job site
  • Cross-train with the Remediation/Restoration division to effectively manage related projects
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • An associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or three (3) years of experience in commercial or residential construction trades, or a combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Experience with general contracting
  • In-depth knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and applicable building codes
  • Familiarity with various construction tools and equipment
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proactive and oriented towards meeting deadlines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents in English
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
