Account Territory Manager, Pharmacy Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Territory Manager to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving business growth within a designated territory.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and analyze customer business needs and plans to determine the most effective solutions and optimal timing for implementation.
- Develop and implement plans to maximize customer efficiencies and improve margins, utilizing fact-based data and thorough objective analysis.
- Utilize the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain disciplined selling process and tools to lead project activities and coordinate solution implementation.
- Drive improved operating efficiencies within assigned customers by selecting and implementing the most effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a primary point of contact for solution suite selection and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal support functions to achieve sales objectives and ensure seamless customer service.
- Assess and analyze customer front-end product business needs, influencing decisions on planogram changes and ensuring successful transition of new business customers to Cardinal Health.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a consultative environment preferred but not required.
- Strong business acumen and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Valid driver's license required, with ability to travel extensively (over 75% of time) and occasional overnight travel.
- Competitive salary range: $88,600-$118,100 (includes targeted variable pay).
- Bonus eligible.
