Behavioral Health Professional Opportunity

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at Lucas County Correction Center in Toledo, Ohio.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, annual incentive payment, and excellent benefits package. As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will have the opportunity to utilize your training, skills, and experience in a face-to-face setting with individuals from diverse socioeconomic and educational backgrounds.

You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with medical, psychiatric, and security staff to provide comprehensive care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing crisis stabilization and completing intakes and ongoing evaluations
  • Co-leading group therapy, one-on-one therapy, and crisis therapy
  • Participating in monthly behavioral health calls and working collaboratively with the medical team to determine overall treatment for each individual
  • Performing risk assessments and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Assisting in planning and implementing program goals and objectives

We are looking for a licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician who can administer assessments, make clinical decisions, and provide mental health treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crisis management, brief clinical interventions, and documentation skills.
