We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at VitalCore Health Strategies in Ohio.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a correctional environment, providing mental health services to individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with medical, psychiatric, and security staff to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer assessments and provide mental health treatment to patients
  • Co-lead group therapy, one-on-one therapy, and crisis therapy sessions
  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and collaborate with the medical team to determine overall treatment plans
  • Perform risk assessments and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
  • Minimum one year of employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency
  • Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with a valid license (CMHC, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, ACMHC, ALMFT, CSW, or equivalent)
