In this pivotal position, you will oversee the development and execution of care schedules tailored to our senior clientele. Our dedicated caregivers deliver essential support to seniors in their residences, and as the Client Care Scheduling Manager, you will ensure the appropriate assignment of caregivers while monitoring their effectiveness.

Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging in initial and ongoing meetings with clients and caregivers.
- Assigning cases based on the needs of clients and the skills, experience, availability, and personality of caregivers.
- Coordinating, attending, and documenting home visits, gathering feedback from clients regarding caregiver performance, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborating with the Wellness Team Supervisor to assess and update the Plan of Care in alignment with client needs and preferences.
- Evaluating satisfaction levels of both clients and employees to effectively manage complaints and incidents.
- Recognizing and rewarding exemplary job performance and fostering caregiver appreciation.
- Facilitating disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Handling on-call duties during evenings and weekends as required.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in a healthcare-related discipline, with a preference for two years of supervisory experience in senior homecare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other relevant healthcare applications.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor at all times.
- A detail-oriented team player.
- Ability to multitask, thrive under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong commitment to client service excellence and fostering goodwill with staff, clients, their families, and referral sources.
- Capacity to remain flexible, resilient, and maintain a sense of humor in various situations.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, delegate, and complete work activities accurately within deadlines while managing interruptions.
