As an Audit Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising, reviewing, and developing team members on multiple client engagements across various industries. You'll also perform engagements under audit, review, and compilation standards, communicate with clients on related audit matters, and develop audit plans and coordinate with staff and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, review, and develop team members on multiple client engagements
  • Perform engagements under audit, review, and compilation standards
  • Communicate with clients on related audit matters
  • Develop audit plans and coordinate with staff and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of auditing experience, including previous experience working for a CPA firm
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • CPA license
  • Competent working knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS, and the ability to research and resolve complex accounting issues
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid research and writing skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage engagements
  • Ability to adhere to a high degree of professional standards and client confidentiality
