We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our team, responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service delivery in our long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume overall responsibility for the clinical nursing practice and resident/patient care during the appropriate shift.
  • Provide continuity in decision making and consistent nursing practice by ensuring that nursing policies, procedures, standards, and objectives are met.
  • Act as a resource and support person, representing administration during events that may occur on the shift.

Requirements:

  • RN with 2 years of experience, BSN preferred.
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred.
  • CPR certified.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Be willing to be a change agent.
  • Demonstrates sensitivity to residents' emotional, social, mental health, and spiritual needs.
