Position Overview:
As a key member of the team reporting to the Facilities Manager, the TPM Coordinator will collaborate with plant personnel to spearhead the development and execution of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program. This role involves training and coaching teams to eliminate losses through effective TPM practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety in all TPM initiatives.
- Employ TPM methodologies to advance towards zero incidents.
- Uphold and enhance safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Motivate and empower the plant leadership team to achieve zero losses via the implementation of a TPM operating system.

- Exhibit strategic leadership by partnering with plant team members to formulate a TPM master plan aligned with the plant's overall objectives for loss reduction.
- Engage and inspire teams across all levels and functions to attain results through TPM Pillars.
- Foster support and shared accountability for the successful deployment of TPM.
- Collaborate with internal and external consultants to effectively implement TPM strategies.

- Assist the plant in executing TPM initiatives.
- Act as a mentor and coach to cultivate excellence in TPM methodologies.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance TPM knowledge, awareness, and capabilities throughout the plant.
- Identify and mitigate barriers to success.
- Monitor, track, and communicate metrics that reflect TPM progress.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in TPM development, deployment, and leadership of Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), or Effective Maintenance (EM).
- Demonstrated ability to enhance business outcomes by collaborating with others.
- Proven capability to lead change initiatives to achieve results.

Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as engineering or computer science, with several years of experience in project management, engineering, or industrial mechanics.
- Industry certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) with a minimum of 2 years of TPM/Lean experience.
- A successful track record of TPM implementation in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with Syspro ERP systems.
