The Program Coordinator provides direction to the project team to fulfill the scope of work and meet project objectives, including schedule milestones and cost and quality targets.

They are accountable for the timely identification, documentation, and communication of scope and design modifications, ensuring client approval prior to any changes.

Additionally, they maintain and monitor scope, schedule, cost, and quality trends throughout the project lifecycle.

It is crucial to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all deliverables and services rendered by the project.

The Program Coordinator will conduct regular project meetings and maintain consistent communication to keep all team members and stakeholders informed about project status, progress against milestones, costs, schedule updates, and other critical contractual matters.

They will collaborate with onsite and external construction and maintenance contractors to ensure projects are completed as planned.

Ultimately, they hold responsibility for project completion, ensuring the quality of deliverables and effective closeout.


Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, accompanied by over 5 years of relevant industry experience (preferably in a Project Manager capacity).

Demonstrated expertise in successful project management methodologies, including cost control, estimating, scheduling, and forecasting, is essential.

The ability to plan and organize projects from inception to completion is required.

Candidates should be capable of fostering a strong team environment with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of chemical or related manufacturing facilities and the integration of project work within these environments is advantageous.

A strong commitment to safety, leading the project towards achieving zero incidents and injuries, is expected.

Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Familiarity with gated work processes for project management, negotiation skills, meeting facilitation abilities, and a solid understanding of the procurement process are also important.

Proficiency in SAP Project Systems Module is preferable.

Knowledge of relevant engineering standards such as ASME, API, AISC, PIP, ASCE, RAGAGEPs, and others is beneficial.
