Administrative Support for AVP & Support for Departmental Administrative Duties:

  • Provides calendar support for AVP and for Associate Director, sets-up meetings as requested;
  • Provides assistance to AVP with special projects that relate to faculty.
  • Maintains files for AVP;
  • Secondary purchaser for FAA
  • Procard purchaser for FAA
  • Prepare monthly Procard report
  • Assigned special projects as indicated
  • Assists with timekeeping activities as needed
  • Assists with greeting, screening and routing of telephone calls and visitors
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Backup Coordinator Faculty Review Committees

  • Assist with and Coordinates yearly faculty educational sessions
  • Provides technical/process support to faculty and administrative staff
  • Assist with tracking information provided to leadership and departments throughout the process
  • Other Faculty Review Committee duties as assigned by Supervisor

Backup Assistance for Departmental Activities

  • Secondary support for the faculty appraisal process as needed
  • Secondary support for faculty appraisal educational sessions as needed
  • Provides technical/process support to faculty and administrative staff
  • Assist with tracking information to leadership and departments throughout the process
  • Other duties pertaining to Faculty Appraisal as assigned by Supervisor.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Preferred: Master's degree.

EXPERIENCE:

Required: Three years project/program coordination experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, one year of required experience.
