Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary innovation, a strong leadership style, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of culinary operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Lead a team of talented chefs in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement culinary strategies that drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- 2+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a luxury resort or fine dining establishment.
- 5+ years of cooking experience, with a strong background in classical cuisine and culinary techniques.
- College degree or certification in culinary arts or hospitality management.
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of chefs, servers, and other resort staff.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
