Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to lead our operations in Central Falls, RI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and secure facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling our services.
  • Facility Management: Maintain a clean and secure facility, including bathrooms, hallways, and lobby areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Handle cash transactions, report sales, and make daily deposits.
  • Company Standards: Maintain company standards and adhere to policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail sales, restaurant, front desk, or site management role.
  • Sales and Collections Experience: 1+ year of customer-centered sales and collections experience, including cold calling.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
  • Physical Demands: Able to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods.
  • Office Machines: Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
