About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Foot Locker. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and employee management.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with store leadership and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing sales environment, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers and deliver a personalized experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
