Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a highly proficient CAM Programmer to become part of our dynamic workforce.

This is a permanent role where the successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) programs for a variety of intricate projects.

The CAM Programmer will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure optimal quality and efficiency in our operations.

This position demands a high level of precision, meticulous attention to detail, and a robust understanding of CAD software, blueprint interpretation, and quality assurance principles.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement CAM programs for diverse CNC machines based on engineering specifications and models.

  • Work alongside the engineering team to comprehend and interpret design requirements.
  • Enhance machining processes by fine-tuning speed, feed, and other parameters.
  • Conduct quality control assessments to verify the accuracy and quality of CAM programs.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to CAM programming and CNC machining.
  • Utilize CAD software to create and modify part models and assemblies.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all CAM programming activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in CAM programming.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in CAM programming.
  • Proficiency in CAM/CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent skills in blueprint reading.
  • Experience with precision measurement tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
