About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fraud Analyst to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential fraud risks across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Complex Risk Assessments: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify and assess potential fraud risks, ensuring the integrity of our customer relationships.
  • Develop and Implement Risk Mitigation Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, minimizing potential losses and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Expert Guidance and Support: Offer expert guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Remain current with emerging trends and technologies in the field of fraud prevention, ensuring our team's expertise and knowledge remain at the forefront.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring a high level of understanding and buy-in.
  • Experience in Risk Management and Fraud Prevention: Proven experience in risk management and fraud prevention, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree in a Relevant Field: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, finance, or business administration.
  • Professional Certifications: Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
