We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior CAM Programmer to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) programs for a variety of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CAM programs for various CNC machines based on engineering designs and models.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and interpret design specifications.
  • Optimize machining processes by adjusting speed, feed, and other parameters.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of CAM programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CAM programming and CNC machining.
  • Utilize CAD software to create and modify part models and assemblies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all CAM programming activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in CAM programming.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CAM programming.
  • Proficiency in CAM/CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
  • Excellent blueprint reading skills.
  • Experience with precision measurement tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
