Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Clinician to join our team. As a Child and Family Wellness Professional, you will provide home-based family therapy to children and their families. You will work closely with a co-therapist and AAMFT-approved clinical supervisor, participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality family therapy services to children and families. This will involve working three to four evenings per week in the community. You will also participate in routine clinical training sessions and collaborate closely with your team members.

Education and Experience:

">

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. You must also have a minimum of two years' experience providing behavioral health services to children and families. Your proficiency in both English and Spanish is crucial for effective communication with our diverse client base.

Compensation:

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,500 - $82,500 per year, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your expertise and experience.
