About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Child Life Resident to join our esteemed team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical well-being of children and families within our healthcare setting. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our comprehensive care approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement developmentally-appropriate education programs for infants, preschoolers, children, and adolescents, focusing on coping with illness and medical treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care and services, prioritizing patient and family needs
- Provide support and guidance to patients and families in coping with health care experiences, recognizing the significance of play and recreation
- Participate in departmental data collection and attend documentation in-service trainings to ensure compliance with patient care documentation standards

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required: We welcome candidates with a background in Child Development, Child Life, Psychology, or Therapeutic Recreation

Estimated Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
