Role Highlights
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop and implement innovative care strategies
- Foster positive relationships with patients and families, promoting emotional and psychological well-being

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' and families' needs, informing individualized care plans
- Utilize creative approaches to engage patients and families, leveraging play and recreation to facilitate coping and mastery
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures

Education and Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree required; preference given to graduates in relevant fields (Child Development, Child Life, Psychology, or Therapeutic Recreation)
- Essential skills include excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork capabilities; ability to learn and grow with the organization

Salary Range
$62,000 - $82,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience
