Behavior Consultant: Child and Family Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team at Northern Children's Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the healthy development of children, youth, and families.

Estimated Salary$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Provide intensive therapeutic services to children and families in various settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each client.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including schools, healthcare providers, and social services.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments, identifying areas of strength and need.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, promoting empathy and understanding.
- Document all services provided, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
- Masters degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental health discipline.
- Completed clinical or MH practicum.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or behavioral analysis certification.
- At least one year of full-time paid experience in the mental health field.
- Excellent working knowledge of clinical issues relating to children, adolescents, and families.
- Familiarity with multiple child-serving systems.
