Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
- Background check and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
