About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Team Lead to join our team at Amivero. As a key member of our Agile Scrum team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of custom software and database application capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • At least 10 years of related technical experience, with software design, development, and implementation in a Windows Environment.
  • Working experience with Front End Development using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, NPM development, and React Framework.
  • Experience with Java Development, familiarity with Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate (or other ORM), XML, JSON, SAML parsing, maven builds, shell scripting, Application Configurations YAML, JSON, XML, and Java Junit based unit testing.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and development, including Java Spring, SpringBoot, REST services, Web-Services (JAX-WS or JAX-RS), and Kafka based development.
  • Experience with SQL PostgreSQL databases and database design.
  • Experience with cloud development, including AWS services S3, RDS/Arora.
  • Skill in mobile development (iOS or Android OS) and frameworks.
  • Experience with application integration and delivery with a DevOps pipeline.
  • Object-oriented design and development (OODD) expertise and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate OODD and SOA principles and best practices.
  • Experience with GIT source code control systems and concurrent development workflows (Git preferred).
  • Ability to apply estimation techniques to software development efforts.
