Agile Project Management Lead

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Management Lead to join our team at Efficus, Inc. in Washington, DC.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in SQL, Linux, and AWS, with experience in Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement database management systems using SQL, Linux, and AWS.
- Promote efficient system operations and cloud services.
- Manage workflows, collaboration, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field; or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in integrated environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFE) and PLM artifacts.
- Proficient in troubleshooting information systems and desktop applications.
- Familiarity with Business Analyst tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows and Windows Server operating systems.
- Incident response expertise and vendor liaison experience.
- Familiarity with incident reporting applications like ServiceNow.
