This position involves managing the production cycle, specifically operating laser cutting machinery, overseeing the packing and shipping processes, and maintaining the backend of our e-commerce platform and Etsy store. This role is well-suited for individuals who possess a combination of technical, operational, and e-commerce expertise.

Key Responsibilities:Laser Cutting Management:- Set up, operate, and maintain laser cutting machinery for diverse materials.
- Monitor laser cutting operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to laser cutting equipment.
- Apply finishes or coatings to completed products as required.
- Manage inventory of materials and finished goods.
- Carefully package finished items to prevent damage during shipping.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation, managing logistics effectively.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and reorder as necessary.
- Update and manage the backend of our e-commerce website and Etsy shop.
- Upload new products, revise product listings, manage stock levels, and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
- Address customer inquiries, manage reviews, and resolve issues to enhance the shopping experience.
- Experience with laser cutting technology and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy).
- Basic knowledge of painting techniques and tools.
- Understanding of packing and shipping protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
