Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Leader. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-run, well-merchandised, and well-staffed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the head of store in achieving sales goals and identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinate and communicate daily task assignments to Customer Experience Representatives
- Engage and inspire customers on the floor, making meaningful connections and creating a warm and welcoming environment
- Curate specific product collections for each customer, leveraging our product to tell stories and add joy to their lives
- Follow pre-opening, post-opening, and closing procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Passionate and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service
- Curious and humble, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Driven and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
