Role Overview
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist the store manager in ensuring the store operates smoothly, is visually appealing, and is adequately staffed.
Oversee and relay daily task assignments to the Customer Experience Representatives.
Communicate sales objectives to the Customer Experience Representatives.
Ensure targets are met while identifying areas needing merchandising focus.
Adhere to pre-opening, post-opening, and closing protocols.
Engage and motivate our customers on the sales floor.
Establish meaningful connections.
Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere in our stores.
Utilize our products to narrate stories.
Add joy to our customers' experiences.
Curate tailored product selections for each customer interaction.
