Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team at INFINITE TECHNOLOGIES LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including drafting correspondences, planning and scheduling appointments, and developing organized filing systems.Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering inbound telephone calls, greeting and assisting onsite guests, and performing other office tasks as needed.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Draft correspondences and other formal documents, such as reports and presentations.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Plan and schedule appointments and events, and develop and implement organized filing systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
  • Skills: Ability to prioritize and multitask, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a working knowledge of QuickBooks and ConnectWise a plus.
