Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the parish office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the parish staff and volunteers.
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, including records of Mass intentions and stipends.
  • Coordinate parish mailings, events, and volunteer activities.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of the weekly bulletin.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a church or non-profit setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management software.
