Communications and Marketing

  • Perform data entry and donor research.

Other Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to department leaders as needed.
  • Maintain computer filing systems and assist with manual filing.
  • Prepare mailing materials and other communications.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Docs.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and anticipate needs.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments.
