Regional Business Developer Opportunity

JK Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to increase market share in the region through the development of new landscape maintenance, snow removal, and exterior services contracts with commercial clients.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective market strategy, market segmentation, and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate information in CRM regarding sales pipeline, client meetings, contract scope, and estimates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customers, and competitors to identify opportunities and recommend services and sales strategies.
  • Participate in external business development and prospecting activities to create demand, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of successful regional business development experience with measurable results.
  • Meaningful participation in associations such as CREW and BOMA.
