Position Overview

The Human Resources Talent Partner will play a crucial role in collaborating with various departments to assess current and future staffing requirements. This position is essential for achieving recruitment objectives by sourcing and securing skilled candidates for open roles.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to maintain optimal staffing across all departments.
  2. Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through effective sourcing strategies, networking, and referrals.
  3. Evaluate candidates through interviews to ensure they meet the qualifications and expectations of the role.
  4. Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  5. Collaborate with management to define job roles, necessary qualifications, and skills required for each position.
  6. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to enhance visibility and attract potential candidates.
  7. Oversee administrative functions related to recruitment, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
  8. Establish and nurture relationships with candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  9. Develop metrics to monitor recruitment sources, time-to-fill positions, and other key performance indicators.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational needs.

Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM or PHR.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience is necessary.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is required.
  • Previous recruitment experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Paycom is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting business documents and regulations.
  • Capable of drafting reports and professional correspondence.
  • Able to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Skilled in following directions and conveying important information.

Mathematical Skills:

  • Competent in basic arithmetic operations using various units of measure.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer functions.
  • Able to navigate Paycom efficiently.

Abilities:

  • Maintains confidentiality regarding sensitive company and employee information.
  • Prioritizes tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Adapts easily to changing work environments and demands.
  • Understands and adheres to safety policies to ensure a secure workplace.

Additional Information

Travel may be required for events and meetings. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary to meet departmental needs.
